Terry Ingram is a twelve year veteran Police Detective with experience in Robbery Homicide, Vice, Intelligence. Narcotics, K-9, and routine patrol. He also honorably served a six year tour in the United States Army and is a combat Vietnam Veteran. Terry has been decorated both on the battlefield and in Law Enforcement. He has since devoted his life to instructing laypersons about their civil rights for more than two decades now.
